Study for the PHR (Free and Cheap)
So… I know a lot of us are getting that little itch. It’s time to start studying for the winter testing window for the PHR and SPHR exams. Well, not me (this time, anyway), but some of you are lucky enough to be cramming your heads full of facts, data, and scenarios in preparation for your test. 
I just wanted to say that I wrote a post and did a video over on my other HR blog today that might be helpful for you. It talks about cheap and free study tools, ways to get your employer to pay for your certification, and more! If you plan to get certified, I’d check it out.
